With my Wedding Day Management service, I step in to ensure that your wedding day runs like clockwork, allowing you to focus on the joy and celebration.

With your vision in mind, I’ll create a meticulously detailed timeline for your wedding day. This timeline not only outlines every aspect, from vendor arrivals to ceremony start times, but also accounts for contingencies, ensuring that everything aligns perfectly with your plans.
02. Supplier Coordination
Whilst you’re having the time of your life, I’ll be coordinating all your suppliers to make sure that everything is set up and ready on time for every part of your wedding day. I’ll also be making sure that they’ve got everything they need and that they’re performing their duties as per the agreement with you.
03. Wedding Day Support
As your wedding day arrives, I will be on-site early, overseeing setup, coordinating vendor arrivals, and meticulously managing the flow of the event. I’ll be your go-to resource for any last-minute questions or concerns, offering a reassuring presence throughout the day.
04. Troubleshooting
In the unlikely event of unexpected hiccups, rest assured, I’ve got it covered. I will be well-prepared to address and resolve any minor challenges discreetly and efficiently, ensuring your day continues without disruption.

Now, this is something other planners forget about, but not Twelv. Events Alliance. The low after being on such a massive wedding day high can be quite a shocker. I know, that was me a few months ago.
If needed, this is where I step in with my NLP Master Practitioner hat on. You can use the tools from NLP to help ease you back into a normal way of life.
Alongside this, you also get practical tips and advice for all the post-wedding bits and bobs to do. It’s definitely not as exciting but still needs thinking about.
